Directed by Hidetaka Miyazaki, the dark fantasy action game will open its gates to selected players for an intensive weekend playtest running from August 21 to August 24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Announced as a full ground-up project for Nintendo&#8217;s new hybrid console, The Duskbloods plunges players into the Twilight of Humanity, where vampire-like warriors known as the Bloodsworn are summoned from across different eras. Empowered by supernatural blood abilities, up to eight players enter atmospheric Gothic and Victorian battlegrounds to secure the coveted First Blood. Matches combine tight PvP duels with punishing PvE encounters, demanding players dynamically decide whether to cooperate against terrifying roaming monsters or betray rivals to secure Victory Points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The upcoming Closed Network Test focuses on evaluating server stability under heavy concurrent loads, testing multiplayer balance, and observing player-on-player dynamics across varied networking environments.
