The achievement makes it the fastest-selling title in the history of the long-running strategy franchise.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Price: The base game is priced at US $59.99 \/ UK \u00a349.99 \/ NZ $99.99 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The Year 1 Pass is available for US $34.99 \/ UK \u00a329.99 \/ NZ $59.99, while the standalone Prophecies of Ash DLC is priced at US $11.99 \/ UK \u00a39.99 \/ NZ $19.99.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To celebrate, Ubisoft hosted a free weekend across all platforms alongside the rollout of the &#8220;Friend Referral Program,&#8221; allowing current governors to earn exclusive honor points by inviting friends to join the empire before May 17.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The celebration leads directly into the release of the game&#8217;s first major expansion, Prophecies of Ash. Set in the Latium region, the DLC introduces the largest landmass ever featured in an Anno title. Players must navigate new production chains, mine obsidian, worship Vulcan, and contend with an active volcano that threatens to erupt and wipe out nearby settlements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ubisoft Mainz also teased the rest of the Year 1 content roadmap.
